I always put all the shrimp in the steamer first and then put it over the boiling water. That way they all get cooked exactly the same amount.

How do you protect it at night? My toddler will wear her bonnet but I'm afraid it will bend her ends awkwardly when she takes the bonnet off.

I seem to find that the flour tortillas get gooey instead of the way a corn tortilla gets. I think it's better of a corn tortillas but both can be used

I was about to get a box of Rice-a-Roni to make some chicken & rice, but I said, "Let me see what's on RUclips." Low and behold, this is the first one I came across, and it's simple & it looks delicious. I'll come back when I cook it, real soon. Black women can make a cardboard box look edible.
